Coalmen Correction February 13, 2018

We are advised this is NOT Bloomfield, but a Canal stop in the vicinity of Boonton, NJ (See below)

The plans are Cornelius Vermeule plans to remove the bridge and lock and grade Montgomery Street at street level.
